The Sovereignty Score (0-100) is our proprietary rating that combines planning policy analysis (40%), energy potential (30%), and water/resource availability (30%). Higher scores mean better off-grid potential. Scores above 70 are considered excellent candidates.

What is a "Ghost Application"? +

A Ghost Application is a previously refused residential planning application near your target plot. Under Paragraph 84 of the NPPF, these refused applications can actually strengthen your case for alternative rural development. Our AI detects these automatically — a feature no other tool offers.

How accurate is the data? +

We pull from official UK government and scientific sources: Environment Agency (flood), NASA POWER (energy), British Geological Survey (water/soil), OpenStreetMap (infrastructure), and PlanIt (planning history).
